By booking a cycling tour with BIKE BASQUE, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with cycling, which may include personal injury, property damage, adverse weather conditions, accidents, or health issues. BIKE BASQUE, along with its representatives, employees, and affiliates, cannot be held liable for any incidents, injuries, or damages occurring during the course of any holiday, tour, or event.
Please ensure you are able to participate in the entirety of the tour. Should you need to leave the tour for any reason (such as injury or personal circumstances), BIKE BASQUE is not obliged to provide a refund for the unused portion of your trip. Therefore, we strongly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance that includes coverage for trip cancellation, medical expenses, and emergency assistance within the EU and any other countries visited.
All sales and any contractual relationships with BIKE BASQUE are governed by and subject to French law.
Deposit & payment of the balance:
BIKE BASQUE require a 35% deposit to secure your booking, with the remaining 65 % due 1 month before the trip departure.
Cancellation policy:
If you cancel the trip:
-One month after your booking, BIKE BASQUE will refund 75% of your payment.
-Between one and three months after your booking, , if not less than two months to departure, BIKE BASQUE will refund 50% of your payment.
-If you cancel less than two months before departure, the payment is not refundable.
If BIKE BASQUE cancels the trip, you will receive a full refund of any payments made.
Cancellation fees:
In the event of a cancellation from you, you may be charged fees equivalent to our bank’s transaction charges. We do not apply any additional markup.
